What’s your favorite part about working at Bipsync?
The marketing department is given a lot of autonomy to explore different creative avenues. This year we’ve expanded into media interview series, sponsored email campaigns, and even podcasts!
What has been your most proud moment at Bipsync (so far)?
My proudest moment is launching and leading our now annual RMS Insights report with Coalition Greenwich. At the time of launch, it was the only complete industry survey of the research management space, and we expanded and grew it with our release this year.
Describe what your typical day looks like at Bipsync…
Given the breadth of the responsibilities that face our marketing department, the day-to-day activities can range from creating a new Ad in After Effects to copy-editing a white paper or client case study.
What excites you the most about working in a start-up environment?
The ability to take risks and explore different marketing opportunities. We’re constantly researching and adapting to changes in our prospects’ media consumption habits, leading to exciting ventures like podcast sponsorships.
What do you think are the most important qualities of a Senior Marketing Manager?
When working in a small start-up environment, it’s important that you remain flexible, and can react to quickly changing priorities. Staying abreast of the Sales and Dev teams’ activities can mean a restructuring of campaigns to fit new release dates, or pushing out new content/guides to streamline outbound efforts.
What would you say is the most satisfying aspect of your role?
The most satisfying aspect of my role would be seeing the engagement and leads generated from the ever-expanding swath of content our team has produced. We are very demand-gen driven, and seeing the direct impact our content has on acquiring new customers is always great.
How do you think your Bipsync colleagues would describe you in 3 words?
Intelligent, Virtuoso, Humble
