Bipsync is growing and we need a Digital Marketing Intern to help us raise awareness about our employer brand and what it’s like to work at Bipsync. You’ll be working alongside a small, experienced team of creative people. This is a 12 week, full-time position. Bipsync operates a hybrid working environment with an office in Cardiff which you may be required to, or wish to work from with some regularity.

About the Role and Your Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Intern you’ll be responsible for increasing the UK public’s awareness of our company. You’ll bring fresh new ideas across a range of platforms to share what it’s like to work in the Bipsync UK team. You will join our Operations team on a full-time basis for a total of 12 weeks.

You’ll do this by collaborating with the team to establish a new online social presence for Bipsync in the UK. This will involve producing blog posts, videos and social content; arranging events; managing the content calendar and responding to comments and queries; and creating vibrant campaigns, hashtags and a buzz around what we do.

This role calls for someone with experience of managing social media accounts, building a presence from the ground up and interacting with people in the community in Wales and beyond.

This paid internship is only open to current final year students and recent graduates of Cardiff University.


  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Our ideal candidate is proactive, asks questions and is eager to learn
  • The ability to follow brand guidelines and writing style guides
  • A creative mind to produce engaging, useful content that accurately reflects us as a team and Bipsync as a company
  • Excellent spelling and grammar, with the ability to self-edit
  • Knowledge of brand building techniques via social media accounts, ideally in a commercial setting.
  • A background in Marketing, PR/Communications, Media, Digital Design or similar
  • You are familiar with scheduling tools and blogging platforms like WordPress
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and analytics platforms is helpful but not essential
  • Familiarity with the worlds of Software and/or Recruitment is a plus

Our Interview Process

Step 1: Apply Online
We accept candidates from any degree background and only ask that you have a passion for the technology industry; we don’t expect you to know all of the ins and outs! Please note that we accept applications throughout the year. We will acknowledge your application straight away but it may take us a few weeks to shortlist, so please bear with us. We will always let you know the outcome of your application whether successful or not and are always happy to provide feedback to help you with future applications.

Step 2: Video Interview
You’ll complete an informal video interview so that we can find out a bit about each other. It’s equally important that Bipsync are the right fit for you too. We understand that interviews can be  daunting so we’ll do our best to make you feel comfortable. We will explain what we do at Bipsync and cover our graduate and placement schemes in depth. This is a great time to ask lots of questions.We will draw up a shortlist for the final stage once all interviews have been conducted. Candidates that do not make the shortlist are encouraged to request feedback on their interview to help them with future applications.

Step 3: Test Interview
This final stage involves a short test to assess your skills and capabilities. The test will be given to you in advance of the actual interview, so that you are able to work on it in a less pressured environment, then you will talk through your findings with us on the day. We will aim to get back to the successful candidate within a week of completion of the final interview stage, and as with previous rounds we are always happy to provide feedback.
