Bipsync is growing, fast, and we’re on the lookout for talented people to join us! During this process we often get asked “What’s it really like to work at Bipsync?” So we thought we’d ask the people who know best – the team!
Over the coming months, we’ll be highlighting members of our brilliant team across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to help you learn more about the people who make Bipsync happen. To kick it off, in this week’s Team Spotlight, we want to introduce Ben Heller…

Ben is an Account Associate at Bipsync, and is approaching his one year-anniversary on the team. He is a key part of the Sales Development process, working on everything from lead generation and outbound to market research, all the way to closing new business.
Prior to working at Bipsync, Ben held various positions in Sales, Trading, and Operations, at MarketAxess – an electronic marketplace for Fixed Income trading, and Bluecore – a retail marketing technology company. Ben is a graduate of the University of Maryland, an avid traveler, and golfer.
We asked Ben about what it’s really like to work at Bipsync. Here’s what he had to say…
What’s your favorite part about working at Bipsync?
Selling a product that clients actually love to use – instead of looking at it as “just another tool.” This is refreshing, having personally used many tools in the past that feel like it actually makes your life harder instead of easier.
What has been your most proud moment at Bipsync (so far)?
Seeing a deal that I originated go from start to finish, and thinking about every step that happened along the way!
Describe what your typical day looks like at Bipsync…
A healthy combination of internal collaboration with my colleagues and external calls with prospects, clients, and other vendors. And sometimes a virtual happy hour/obscure trivia session to end the day.
What excites you the most about working in a start-up environment?
In a start-up environment, the wins feel more special because everyone contributes to the cause and feels its effects. In larger environments, I’ve found those wins can sometimes get completely glossed over – employees should get to celebrate their hard work and achievements.
What do you think are the most important qualities of an Account Associate?
The patience and diligence to keep the ball rolling when it may seem like things are moving slowly, paired with the ability to stay focused and move quickly on opportunities as they happen.
What would you say is the most satisfying aspect of your role?
Watching an opportunity go from the first conversation/ initial interest turn into a happy new client. Cliche I know, but I am in Sales…
How do you think your Bipsync colleagues would describe you in 3 words?
Attentive, Flexible, Ambitious
Any other takeaways about working at Bipsync that you’d like to share?
Bipsync focuses on supporting its employees just as much as it does on supporting its clients – I’m extremely happy to be a part of it. Also for what it’s worth, the company swag & gear is A+++. Makes repping the brand easy!
