We are proud to announce Tŷ Hafan as Bipsync UK’s official charity partner!
A welcome haven for our community
Situated just a few miles from our Cardiff office, Tŷ Hafan – which translates from Welsh to ‘Haven House’ – is one of the UK’s leading children’s hospices. It provides free care and support to children with life-shortening conditions and their families.
Tŷ Hafan’s work extends beyond its hospice walls, reaching into homes and communities throughout Wales. It relies on charitable donations to fund its specialist services and ensure more families can access the care they need.

After two impactful years partnering with the Alzheimer’s Society, the Bipsync team is thrilled to begin a new chapter of giving back. We’re ready to rally behind Tŷ Hafan’s mission and contribute however we can throughout the year ahead.
How our partnership works
Bipsync will be organizing a variety of fundraising events and team challenges to raise as much as possible. We’re also looking into hands-on volunteering opportunities at Tŷ Hafan’s hospice and charity shops.
Beyond fundraising, we’re committed to raising awareness of Tŷ Hafan’s incredible work—within our team, across our network, and in the wider community.
Hitting the ground running
We’re already off to a fiery start—literally! Several brave Bipsyncers took part in a firewalk, raising over £500 in our first fundraising challenge of the year.
Next up? The Welsh Three Peaks Challenge, where our team will attempt to conquer Snowdon, Cadair Idris, and Pen y Fan in a single day. It’s a serious test of stamina, but one we’re proud to take on in support of Tŷ Hafan.
And that’s just the beginning. With more events and ideas in the works, we’re excited to keep the momentum going and find new ways to give back—whether that’s through sweat, creativity, or team spirit.

“Tŷ Hafan is there to ensure that when every day could be their child’s last, families are able to make memories together, create precious moments and live life to the fullest. Support is ongoing and continues through life, death and beyond. We are delighted that the staff at Bipsync have chosen to support Tŷ Hafan and share our ambition; that when a child’s life will be short, no family should have to live it on their own.
