Our new feature simplifies the process of recovering deleted research. With just a few clicks, you can now effortlessly restore deleted content directly in the Bipsync web app. There’s no need to raise any support tickets as Bipsync’s latest feature puts content recovery – including notes, files, and emails – directly into users’ hands. 

Importance of data integrity and a streamlined workflow

To maintain the integrity of research and content, Bipsync allows users to ‘lock’ their notes and research content, so that other users cannot edit, change, or delete any of the research’s original context.  That said, many Bipsync users take advantage of the collaboration features of Bipsync – and may opt to leave the note ‘unlocked’ so that other members of their team can add information and commentary relevant to that specific note or file – all of this activity is effectively captured with Bipsync’s built-in audit trail and version history. 

But sometimes, accidents happen – and occasionally, an unlocked note, file, or email may get accidentally deleted – and the only way historically to retrieve this content is by submitting a support ticket to our Customer Success team.

To recover a note, click your name in the upper left and hit ‘Recently Deleted…’ From there, select the note, email, or file you want to restore and click the ‘Restore’ button.
