RMS 223: Maintenance Release

Release 223 of the Bipsync Research Management System (RMS) is now available and includes a number of changes:

Bug Fixes and Improvements

Webhook payloads for category updates now include field data.
A new set of API endpoints allow larger files to be uploaded in chunks.
Pressing the tab key when editing a note once again indents text — hold shift to outdent.
Fixed an issue which could prevent users from viewing Mail Classifier rules.
Fixed an issue which meant that Document Type mapping conditions did not display within the Canoe integration settings view.
