In this week’s Team Spotlight, we’d like to introduce Jessica Alvino…

Jess Alvino is a Customer Success Director at Bipsync, who recently celebrated her two-year anniversary. In her role as Director, Jess leads the Account Management team, and her responsibilities include establishing strong relationships with clients, expanding existing accounts and enhancing client engagement.
Prior to Bipsync, Jess spent 7 years at Bloomberg LP, where she gained experience in customer support/success and account management, as well as leading the fixed income analytics team. Jess is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University; and in her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, spending time at the beach, and eating chocolate chip cookie dough.
We asked Jess about what it’s really like to work at Bipsync. Here’s what he had to say…
What’s your favorite part about working at Bipsync?
The team really supports one another and is always available for guidance.
What has been your most proud moment at Bipsync (so far)?
How we effortlessly adapted to a global pandemic while growing our book of business, engaging with our clients on a more sophisticated level, and maintaining our retention rate.
Describe what your typical day looks like at Bipsync…
Focusing on how we can maintain and expand our existing accounts while developing ways to enhance client engagement.
What excites you the most about working in a start-up environment?
The pace at which things change and being present for the conversations that drive the change.
What do you think are the most important qualities of a Customer Success Manager?
I think building a strong rapport with clients while maintaining credibility is crucial.
What would you say is the most satisfying aspect of your role?
Seeing the evolution of a client’s idea turned into reality in the enhancement of the product.
How do you think your Bipsync colleagues would describe you in 3 words?
Talkative, excitable, supportive
Any other takeaways about working at Bipsync that you’d like to share?
I have never felt more supported by colleagues and senior staff. It is a great work environment that challenges you while respecting how you manage your own business.
