We’re proud to offer a graduate programme across a variety of roles with our Product team, based out of our modern office in the Cardiff University Sbarc|Spark innovation campus in Cathays.
Bipsync is really collaborative and friendly, so no one is ever in a situation where they have to do everything themselves. You always have other teams and other developers involved as well as the QA team, but it was still satisfying being able to take a more senior role on an important piece of work for the company.
There are opportunities to learn and improve my skills and abilities. Bipsync offers so many training opportunities and all the teams are great. Every day I manage to do something new, which I believe is something difficult to find elsewhere.
