We’re happy to announce the release of a highly anticipated integration with the Microsoft Teams app. One of the most popular chat and communication apps used by many of our clients can now be synced with Bipsync. The integration allows users to share notes directly to MS Teams channels from within Bipsync.
With the MS Teams integration installed, a new button will appear at the top of your notes in between “Email” and “Comment”. Once you select the button you will be given the option to share the note to any of the specific channels your network contains.
The Bipsync bot will then share the note in that specified channel(s):
This comes with some basic information about the note, as well as a preview of the content. It will also include a link directly to the note in Bipsync, so users can go and view it in its entirety.
To ensure that the full context of the conversation is captured, it’s also possible to comment on the note via Teams, and have that comment post back into Bipsync. To do so, all you have to do is reply to the thread created by the bot, tag the bot in your reply and it will pick up the rest of the content as the comment.
